Nexus

Terms of use
for Nexus.

What the dashboard does, what it does not do, which data it reads, and how to stop the access at any time.

1. What Nexus is

Nexus is the metrics dashboard of Provva (provva.com.br). It brings together, on a single screen, data that already belongs to the client and is currently spread across Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta — and shows it up to date, without depending on a monthly PDF report.

The dashboard is offered as part of the service hired. It is not sold separately and is not open to public sign-up.

2. Who can access it

Access is restricted to Provva clients. Each client receives their own username and password, which give access only to that client's data — never to another's.

Credentials are personal and non-transferable within the client's organisation. Whoever receives the access is responsible for keeping it safe and for telling Provva if they suspect it has been exposed. If that happens, we replace the credential the same day.

3. Which data the dashboard reads

Nexus connects, in read-only mode, to the accounts the client authorises:

  • Google Analytics 4 — sessions, pages viewed, traffic source and the count of the conversion events configured on the site.
  • Google Search Console — clicks, impressions, average position and top organic search queries.
  • Meta (Instagram and Facebook) — follower count, number of posts, reach and the performance metrics of the account's own posts, through the Graph API.

The dashboard does not access direct messages, conversations, follower lists, third-party data or any personal information about people who interact with the client's profiles.

4. What Nexus does not do

Worth stating plainly, because it is the most common question:

  • It does not publish, schedule or delete content on the client's behalf.
  • It does not reply to messages or comments.
  • It does not create, pause or change ad campaigns.
  • It does not modify any setting on the connected accounts.
  • It does not share, sell or transfer the client's data to third parties.

Access is read-only across every integration. The dashboard shows; it does not act.

5. Authorisation and revocation

Connecting each account depends on the client's express authorisation, given by them on Google's and Meta's own screens. That authorisation can be revoked at any time, without notice and without justification, directly in each platform's settings.

Once revoked, the dashboard simply stops showing data from that source. Nothing else happens.

6. Data storage and deletion

Nexus stores only the minimum needed to build historical series: aggregate performance figures by day and by post. We do not store personal data of end users of the connected accounts.

To request deletion of everything the dashboard has stored about your account, follow the steps on the data deletion page, or write to contato@provva.com.br. We complete it within 30 days, erasing the historical records, removing the access credentials and disconnecting the integrations. We send a confirmation by email once it is done.

When a contract ends, the same procedure runs by default, with no request needed.

7. Availability

Nexus depends on third-party APIs — Google and Meta. When one of those platforms is unavailable, changes a rule or expires a token, the dashboard stops showing that part until the connection is restored.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and the dashboard may undergo maintenance. When something like that lasts more than a few hours, we tell the client.

8. About the figures shown

The data comes straight from the official sources, with no intermediation or adjustment on our part. Even so, small differences between the dashboard and the platform's own screen are normal: each one uses its own time zone, attribution window and processing criteria, and Google takes 24 to 48 hours to finalise recent data.

The dashboard also measures only what the site's instrumentation can capture. A visitor who declines cookies or uses a blocker is not counted — the figure shown is a floor, not an absolute total.

9. Ownership

The software, interface and code of Nexus belong to Provva. The data belongs to the client — the dashboard only organises it. Granting access does not transfer ownership of the software, and using the dashboard does not transfer ownership of the data to Provva.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the dashboard evolves. When a change affects what is read, stored or displayed, we notify active clients by email before it takes effect. The date of the last update is always at the bottom of this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018). The courts of Santo André, São Paulo, Brazil, are elected to settle any disputes.

12. Contact
