Your data
Data
deletion.
How to request removal of everything Provva has stored about you or your company — and what happens next.
What Provva stores
Two things, and they are separate:
- Contact through the site — name, company, WhatsApp number and the message you sent through the form or on WhatsApp.
- Nexus dashboard — aggregate performance figures from the accounts the client connected (Google Analytics, Search Console and Meta), stored by day and by post to build history. The dashboard does not store personal data of people who interact with the client's profiles.
How to request deletion
Write to contato@provva.com.br with the subject "Data deletion request".
So we can find your records, please include:
- Your name or your company's name;
- The email address or WhatsApp number used to contact us;
- If you are a Nexus client, the username used to access the dashboard.
You do not need to justify the request, and it does not have to come from a specific address — only from someone we can identify as the data subject or as responsible for the data.
What happens next
We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. In practice it usually takes far less.
What gets erased: the dashboard's historical records, the access credentials, and the messages and contact details we hold. Integrations with Google and Meta are disconnected. When we are done, you receive a confirmation by email.
What we cannot erase: messages already sitting in your own WhatsApp, and data that remains on the source platforms — Google and Meta keep their own copies independently of us. For those, the request has to be made to each platform directly.
When a contract ends
If you are a client and the contract ends, the same procedure runs by default, with no request needed. If you would rather keep the history for a while, just tell us.
Cutting off access now, without waiting
Deleting the records takes a few days, but stopping Nexus from reading your accounts is immediate and entirely in your hands — it does not depend on us:
- Meta — in your Instagram or Facebook Page settings, under "Apps and websites" (or "Business integrations"), remove the authorisation.
- Google — at myaccount.google.com/permissions, remove the granted access.
Once you do that, the dashboard stops reading any new data straight away. The deletion request still applies to whatever was already stored.
