Which law applies
Provva is a company established in Brazil, and the processing of data described here is governed by Brazilian legislation — specifically the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Federal Law 13.709/2018). This English version is provided for convenience of reading; it is a translation of our Brazilian policy and is not a statement of compliance with the privacy legislation of any other country.
What this site uses
The Provva site uses two tools that involve data: Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate navigation, and Formspree to deliver the contact form to us by email.
Data collected by the contact form
When you fill in the form, we send your name, company (if provided), the contact details you give us and the message you typed to our email through Formspree. This data exists solely to allow us to get back to you — it is not sold, shared or used for any other purpose.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure visits, pages viewed and traffic source, in aggregate — we do not tie that navigation to an identifiable person. Analytics is only activated after you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. You can decline, and the contact form keeps working normally.
We also use campaign parameters (UTM) when you reach the site through an ad or post link — this helps us understand which channel brought the contact, and it may be included in the email we receive through Formspree.
Local storage
Your browser stores locally (without sending it to any server, except where already described above): your cookie preference, and campaign parameters during the browsing session. This exists only to remember your choice and preserve the origin of the contact — you can erase it by clearing your browser data.

- Accept or decline analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit.
- Change that preference at any time by clicking here.
- Request deletion of data sent through the form by writing to contato@provva.com.br.
