The challenge

Sta. Bárbara Carnes works with premium cuts and high-turnover items, where price and availability change frequently. The brand decided not to put its catalogue on third-party delivery marketplaces — giving up control over stock and pricing made no sense for the kind of product it sells.

What was missing, though, was an organized way to sell outside the physical store without relying solely on loose messaging conversations, where every order turned into a long back-and-forth just to find out what was available.

The solution

We built a tailored digital catalogue, organized by category, where the customer assembles their own order while browsing the store's full range. On checkout, the cart becomes a structured message, ready to send straight to the store — no intermediary, no platform commission.

  • An owned catalogue, outside any marketplace, with full control of stock and customer service.
  • Category browsing, from everyday cuts to the premium and Wagyu lines.
  • A cart that automatically organizes the order into a ready-to-send message.

The result

The team handling messages started receiving orders already organized by category, instead of the back-and-forth of asking what was available that day. Today the catalogue is one of the store's active sales channels, alongside in-person service — running with no commission cost and without giving up control over stock and pricing.
