The challenge
An institutional legislative campaign, tied to a parliamentary office and to the city government of São Bernardo do Campo, needed to maximize the digital reach of a public figure and make large community mobilizations viable — without drawing on public funds to finance events and activations.
The solution
Provva ran the institutional communications operation across three combined fronts: aligning the message across every digital channel, organic growth hacking to build a real audience, and tactical management of large community mobilizations — including the Women's Walk.
- Multi-channel message alignment across the institutional profiles.
- Organic growth hacking focused on real audience growth, with no mass paid promotion.
- Sponsorship fundraising from the private sector to make events viable without public money.
- Tactical management of community mobilization logistics in the field.

The result
The follower base grew 500%, going from 2,000 to 12,000 over the campaign period. The Women's Walk brought together 3,000 people with 100% of funds raised privately — no public money involved. The cycle closed with a direct electoral win, at 4,584 votes.
