The challenge

Dealership networks for highly complex machinery and vehicles — GWM, Valtra, Fendt and Massey Ferguson, served on an Exata Tech project — faced the same problem at national scale: the sales pitch varied from dealership to dealership, and dense technical engineering briefs never reached the people at the counter in a usable form.

Without central, standardized material, each network risked delivering an inconsistent brand experience across units, even while selling the same product under the same banner.

The solution

The standardization strategy, the conversations with the brands and the writing of the playbooks belonged to Exata Tech. Provva came in at the next stage: turning that approved material into a laid-out piece, with a visual hierarchy built for the person selling at the counter — not for the engineer who wrote the original brief.

  • Editorial layout of the playbooks, from the content and structure defined by Exata Tech.
  • A visual system replicable across different brands and dealership networks, preserving each manufacturer's identity.
  • AI agents used to support production, keeping visual and tonal consistency across documents.

It is execution work, and it is what Provva is good at: taking dense technical content and solving how it reads at scale — holding a page standard across long documents and across different brands, without every piece becoming a new negotiation.

The result

The project gave the dealership networks standardized material ready for immediate use at the point of sale, and sales training began running faster. Each manufacturer's premium standard held consistent from the engineering brief all the way to the end customer in the store.

Credit for that outcome belongs to Exata Tech, who designed and ran the operation. What this case study records is the layout work Provva delivered inside it — and the scale it was done at.

Sitting on technical material nobody on the sales team can actually use?
